Diving in the Maldives

The idyllic coral islands of the Maldives rank as some of the best dive destinations in the world and the Maldives islands are without doubt a paradise for divers. The rare beauty of this amazing underwater world has made these islands a “must see” and “must dive” destination for anybody interested in diving.

There are many dive sites catering for all levels of diver giving you a great opportunity to explore nature beneath the sea. The underwater visibility sometimes exceeds 50 metres, and the warm water temperatures year round make diving in the Maldives a pleasure.

Learn to Dive

Learn to dive in crystal clear waters or a combination of undertaking essential theory and pool skills in the UK prior to departure and completing your qualifying open water dives on holiday. The choice is yours!

The Scuba Diver course provides pre-entry level certification in three days, consisting of five dives and three theory lessons this qualification can be upgraded to Open Water Diver if the additional training modules are taken.

The Open Water Diver is a five day course consisting of classroom, confined water and open water modules. This will qualify you to dive worldwide.

The Open Water Diver Referral gives you the same qualification, the difference being that the theory and confined water modules are done in the UK (at own expense) allowing you to spend more time diving on holiday.
